4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.2 Design Work

Upon full payment for design services, clients receive a license to use the designs as specified in the project agreement. TrezoraDécor retains the right to use completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information you provide is accurate and current
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

6. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

• Systematically retrieving data or content to create a collection or database

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boston, Massachusetts.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
